His Qualities are pretty average at best, to be honest. He's a serviceable player for league play, but I doubt he'd ever be in a situation to be called up to the National Team. 
yeah, those Qualitiess for the pass/tec/agr are kinda weak.
I mean... I'd love to have him on my team, but I also know I wouldn't get much training out of him to catch up.

he's a much better winger than center... I would leave passing where it is, and work on that aggression first
I find Canadian players with the same attys cost about 4x more then German or other unpopular nations. So, I have took advantge of that in my first season. Next season I will be getting rid of at least half my imports!
