I'm still wondering if it is too late to add a player to the roster.
Now, I am noticing that all national teams have an average age of players around 16. Will that change? Or is it just because the game is only in its third season. How old do you think players will be in this game?

The average age is so low because the game has just started.
They are probably throwing out some 18-20 year olds for starters and have a bunce of 15s and 16s with high potential for the training bonus.

Right now the SA is producing better players than the Training facilities can train (in general). Thus for the time being the ages will be low. HOWEVER as facilities get more expensive and as build times take longer, you will see more dominant older players.
Tierney played a good game vs USA. He is improving every day. 100/50/80 G/P/T. I can't wait for year end training camp.
