Well I am doing my best to buy and train ony Canadain players so thagt if mine ever meet the standard im not helping other countrys.
Yeah that's what I'm trying to do too. HOpefully I get a third straight pull this week and can add to my awesome collection of talented Canadians.
Mine as well. I have one player who is Czech, and is a top-2 center but the rest are all Canadians. I may have a D-man in the lineup from Slovakia every now and again but he has many comparable Canadian counterparts and has since taking a training (and then departure) role with the club.
I am a firm believer that we need to develop home grown talent. Both in real life and in PPM. I still don't mind making a buck or two off a foreign purchase though

Who are the best players not on the NT?
Does anyone have players that should be looked at?

I probably have a contender in the making:
Guy Grayson (Centre or Right Wing):
Off: 74(99)
Sho: 44(91)
Pas: 41(92)
Tec: 41(74)
Agr: 42(87)
He's slightly better at passing then aggressiveness, but i think Wingers are more rare, so I'm not sure what to do with him yet. I'm working on his primary, and using a 2:1:1 build at this point.
Thoughts?

Oh, he's 284OR, but I think the attributes mentioned above are what really matters. He other attributes are:
Goa: 13(59)
Def: 30(91)
So he's a good 2-way forward, regardless of which way I go with him (winger or centre).

I only have 3 non-Canadians in my lineup...and with training camp just over, i'm eager to see the results against #1 in my league tomorrow.
