Well so far DR have already done a good job with the team, i would prefer to see him another season to see if he can keep up the good results.
But I agree that Canucks would be the next one to take the head of Team Canada.

Scott will be really good at the job but you did a really good job around here and made Team Canada Top 8 which is really amazing for Team Canada.

is there any possibilty you will be voting for some non-canadian manager as national coach or assistant maybe...? I want to offer my services for some other country as Slovakia... Canada is mz hockey dream and if there will be some possibility to win here, I am planning to write my speech and I will be looking for some canadian manager to create the coach team.

We have a strong desire to keep our players and managers in-house. It is not that we doubt your ability, but in keeping with our country's IIHF and Olympic approach, we want to keep the all talent (management included) Canadian. That said, everyone is free to vote for whomever they choose. If you can make a good case for yourself, please do!
Yeah, it's nice of you to ask, but I'm thinking it'd be very difficult for a non-Canadian to be voted in as the GM.
We don't hate other countries, but it's a matter of pride to have our GM be Canadian. It simply would never work. The people from other countries vying to be our GM have little chance of getting even 1 vote.
Why you think that? Swedan won from Latvia 7-6 so if Swedan can win there is a lot of hope for Canada of winning this game for sure.
