I thought about trading away some of my top players, but in the end, I realized that there's nobody to take their places. Even in a losing season, I need these guys to get some OTR.
Your team has a shot in the playoffs, why shoot yourself in the foot by dropping your best player?

Yeah, I wouldn't get rid of Duxbury, but, like, I have two players, Carl Tessier, and Terry Showler, both built almost the same, but also both taking up space, I just don't want to get rid of Tessier, as he can still score, and Showler is an original, as well as being a productive player.
I want to be able to have one team that I rarely have to switch, so that it'll always be at max. chemistry and exp. so I don't have to worry about anything but improving individual players.

Woah, what was up with Xenons today? 1-2 battle... and they got blown away 12-2... Jeez. I'm feeling a bit better about my first round series with them now...

Last game of the season - and some big milestones reached by players!
Glenn Bradley managed a four point night to reach the milestone of 200 career points with the Patches. He becomes the 4th player to reach that threshold.
Daniel Keown had a goal and an assist in the game as well to peak above the 300 career points milestone - the first player to ever reach that level with the organization. He is having a wonderful career with the Patches!
Top Career Points with the Patches
------
Keown 135-166-301
Webber 96-117-213
Mutch 104-107-211
Bradley 92-108-200
Hayles 53-136-189

I had my 15 year old recently promoted to backup goalie starting. Also one of my centers was out. I won't be quite so bad friday

I was wondering why you lost 12-2, I don't think I've ever seen your team give up that many. Hopefully, if all goes well, it'll be a tight series.
Is it just me, or do the leagues that are giving us teams for Season 9, and the teams in general, seem really weak compared to recent seasons? Like, I took a quick glance, and one first place team just lost a manager, and the second place team had an OR of 30... Just me, but seeing 4 leagues, with say, the top 3 in each league having an OR of around 40 makes me cringe. What is happening to Canada these days?!?
Good series going into the 3rd and final game between me and Canadian 100 ans. Kinda lame Arena ya got there though..my backyard would be better to play in.
Good luck, what is this the 4th time we've meet in the playoffs. some heated battles back in III.10.

Seriously?] What the hell? Who outshoots their opponent 54-16 and loses 4-1???
