I've seen teams in Div.3 (Calgary Flames II.12) that have those stats. Joqkuim Soukyp or something, has insane stats.
I pride myself on having a team in season 1, although in Div.III.12, that scored 318 goals. Nobody was built up yet, all teams were relatively equal, level playing field, yet 5 teams in my league that season put up insane numbers. It's too easy now to purposely get relagated, or stack your team to dominate a lower division, like why Stan left.
Did he leave again? He came back and even bought PRO. Now they changed the way new teams are and his team is worse than one-logins. LMFAO.
No, he didn't leave again, he's still with the Golden Jets, who are slowly improving, but I'm talking about when he first left, due to the, well, basically match fixing scandals.
Dean Mutch of the Calgary Patches managed two assists against The Dream Team in today's action. The markers gave Mutch 201 career points with the patches. He becomes the third Patch to reach 200 points, after wingers Daniel Keown (currently 290 pts) and Stan Webber (213 pts.)
Man, It seems that they have finally figured out energy - I was beat again by a team putting forth more energy (lower scaled team) - it's actually nice to see (last couple of seasons, it seemed that the slightly better team won no matter what...)
Yup. Game importance is pretty much the biggest determining factor anymore. More than tactics IMO.
I have a spreadsheet on which I've kept track of all the points (since before the seasonal stats came out.)
If Chara hadn't shit the bed (AGAIN), I would have won that one in regulation.
Today's loss seals it: the Raging Pigs are deadline sellers in season 8.
I posted a list of names earlier (see linked msg above), is there any intraleague interest?
