Well it was fun being in first for a whole week, time for reality to start kicking the OG.
I calculated an EQ of .816 as a forward (with a 4-3-2-2 build) and .800 as a defenseman (with a 4-1-2-2-2 build). He still looks like a good player to me (want to sell him to me?). Since the difference is relatively small, I would suggest keeping him as a defenseman.
Looks like you'll stay there for the weekend.

Yeah, for the ratios I'd train him at, he'd be about 80 EQ for defense and a little over 81 at wing, so I wouldn't convert him. Since 80 is too low to keep on my team at D, off he'd go to the market with a 1 million minimum bid, and if he doesn't sell at least for that, cut him.
I like your cutthroat attitude. I could really use you as a sitter to just get rid of all the dead weight on on my hockey and soccer teams. I have a tough time cutting players. And I pull borderline players just to scout them, then promptly forget about them.

I'm not as ruthless as I'd like to be, hence the reason I'm paying extra player fees in both hockey and soccer. I don't keep prospects on the team unless I know they have a good chance to start in the future, but the problem comes when I've got multiple similar prospects at the same position. I want to keep the guy with the best CL path, but there's no way to know that ahead of time, so they all take up space and cost me money for several seasons until I get a clearer picture.
If I pulled him, I would probably keep him, at least for a while. I would bid on player like him if I could get a bargain. 1M is getting a bit high for him, but I think I'll at least place a bid.
I'll probably be online for the draft. Everyone is already ranked though. Not really I see the point of being online for it.
there is still an advantage. lets say when your pick comes there are similar potentials but you already selected a defender and dont want to select another ... you can manually adjust it.
That means that we're into the 2nd round... 20+ players are off the board already. Probably irrelevant.
