What is the point of friendly games? Do they have any benefit or do they just tire my players out for the playoffs?
Upside:
1. They make you money.
2. They give your guys more experience.
3. They help with their chemistry ratings.
Downside:
1. They lower your energy, but if you play them all on low, 40 friendly matches through the season means .8 points less energy at the end of the season, or the same effect as playing 10 league games on low or 2 on normal.
2. They slightly lower the practice figures (this is the tradeoff for more EXP).
That's your tradeoff.

thanks, that helps. Does it raise or lower my overall team rating as well? So I get seeded lower in national cup?
if you win or tie you earn team rating points, just a lot less than you earn for league games. usually around .25
Brutal. I feel like the US olympic team. Losing the deciding game in the overtime. Spiders, next time you're mine!!!!!
Mountaineers take a dive?. Play game 3 on low with a crappy goalie? I'll take it. I'm not scared of promotion. BRING IT!!!!
Good start to the season for the Knights, good luck to everyone. Hopefully the Triggers take it easy on us!
