the value you see after the pull, unscouted is much more accurate then the stars from youth fac.

What does he show in your info page? If he's the top 5 AQ on your team you can see what he compares to other players on your team that are already scouted, will give you a better idea before you finish scouting
He doesnt show up. But I'm not sure how often it's updated. I think after nightly calcs tonight I'll know for sure.
