Ask the people I play in my league if I'm a tough opponent to play against.

Automatic practice is a nice feature, but I know I used to manually adjust my training, for each player, a few nights a week. I also maintain a spreadsheet for both of my teams, and although I don't use them to recommend training (because I do have pro pack and auto-practice), they could easily be modified to do that as well. I update my teams' spreadsheets once a week and add information for pulls and purchases when I have them scouted. I primarily use the spreadsheets for financial forecasting. Overall, I spend about 20-25 minutes a week updating the spreadsheets, which isn't too bad.

Well right now I'm working for a startup that ran out of seed money. So I'm not being paid until we get some VC.

When that happens I'll be back and will build a team from scratch based on what I've learned over many seasons.

If you are planning to come back, and assuming you didn't specifically want to start from scratch, you could just turn your team into 1-atty wonders. Then you could sell them when you return and purchase a new roster (probably full of young prospects). Just a thought. I do know that its hard to just log in to keep the team alive without spending any extra time.

this is ridiculous. today i beat new york islander, 1st div team that is in every aspect better than my team. yet, the day before, i lost against bob jones, weaker team all around... go figure..

That happens. I'd be happy though, because you went to the next round of the NC. And league you can do better later on (;

i dont really have high expectations as far as my league performance this season, im rebuilding my team, running training camps and trying some youngsters... also doing some major arena remodeling. the goal is to make the playoffs.

that'd be great, like in FIFA, when you send your scout, you can specify what type of player (i.e. attacker, playmaker, strong, etc)

how much is 15 year old player with attribute qualities, goa 97, pass 99, tech 97 worth?

or how much would you be willing to spend on player like that..?

Thought I buy this guy: Tapio Hurskanen . Why would someone train technique for a defender? Only thing is maybe will get less penalty?

You don't train Tech? Do your d-men take a lot of penalties?
