That's true... but only 3 of the 5 countries have played two qualification games (ourselves included).

Belarus and Hungary have only played 1 qualification match so far (so their 2 points would would technically put them ahead of us if there were standings at this point).

I do like our chances against Iran, but unless they pull an upset against one of the other teams, beating them would just be a wash. I think the best thing is to just focus on taking down Belarus next saturday.

Very true this is the key game. 1-2 in this group would be a very tough hole to climb out of. Belarus will be the key team to go 2-0 against.

Yes, but we played the favorite Hungary and we are yet to play Iran.

Hungary beat us.

So if we go for meanful games

Our focus is to win 2 out 3 games against Spain and Belarus. If we can do it, we would qualify (and obvious beat Iran twice)

we seriously need to tweak our goal tending set up. For 1 goalie to have close to 50 minutes of play time and such a horrible save percentage is just not right.

Especially since one of them is on the way out on the local club. Its too bad the 4-2 did not work. That was a strong 2 upfront.

Question about Ron Williams. Why are you allowing him to gain chem and exp when it should be going to a better player who has more of a future in the program? I see he is dressed for the upcoming game.

yeah, i mean the first season of NT is gonna be tough because you have very little flexibility in player selection.

I think Bulls has basically had 3-4 slots to make adjustments since the team was initially set up. That's not much room for making revisions. It will be relatively easier for the next manager, because all they have to do is tweak, whereas he had to start from scratch.

That being said, when it comes to players on the team that are actually dressed/played, that's completely within his power to change.

I honestly don't understand why Bulls doesn't just throw the goalies on a "3-goals-change" setup. Eliminate all time played requirements (don't even use it), and alternate each goalie after they allow 3 goals. The goalie who's playing better plays more time. I mean seriously, the difference in exp gained between 46 minutes played and 24 minutes played isn't much in the grand scheme of things, and it's important that we actually win the games.
