I would look as soon as the election ends, as even though I have access to the database I dont look at it for individual players or teams.

Based on the ones I scouted I have a good idea at least for the starting line. But can change once I could look at all imported players.

why would you play 16 year old 5/6's ?

i mentioned the top players i have scouted. Did not analyse, did not chose and would not do until i would look to all players imported (not just the ones i imported)

I am not the nt manager so not worried yet. If i am not voted Id not even need to worry.

And regarding to 16 5/6 .. some 16 6/6 could easily be 5/6 next season too and both be 17 5/6. And this one could even become 4/6 before.

a player that started at 15yo 6/6 is not bad even though he is 5/6 now.

So far I selected 16 players based on effective quality and effective OR.

I have noticed most players lack on blocking. Increasing a bit could help us.

The remaning ones (I can select up to 30 players) I will try to get ones more focused on effective quality instead of current OR. Ideally, I would want a full team (7 players or 8 if I consider 2 goalies) with top EQ and hopefully no older than 16 yo.

As our team is mainly focused on offense, I will also get a few defensive specialty players. I alreagy got a couple.

I am sure the deacline to call for cup is aproaching soon. As it stands I have 2 slots free. And 4 players did not make in the lineup yet leaving 2 lineup slots free, so there is also room for modifications.

Biggest issue i see is the lack of many friendlies before the World Championship: only 3.

Right now, national team is very much a moving target lol. I don't envy you.

No kidding!!! Not sure if players can be changed during the qualification. I am hoping I can considering the length of it.

Yesterday there was a message saying it could not be changed. Now it is not there anymore.

Ron Williams may be an experiment: A player whose only goal is to shoot the 7m. I will experiment him on our first friendly.

Kirby: very high effective quality. He is also being trained as all around back instead of offensive only. Most of our top players are mainly offensive.

Also, I am still in process of selecting players. Some will be dropped.
