You can "print to pdf" if you have a paid copy of adobe or a similar pdf platform... otherwise, I'm not sure exactly how you'd go about it. I'm sure there's freeware out there that can accomplish it, but I don't have any I'd recommend as safe/reliable.
I use a version of foxit phantom that allows me to do easily convert files into pdf "images" so that they are un-editable. If you wanted me to do it and upload the file for you, i could probably hammer it out pretty quick.
Alternatively, you can try either of the following:
1) just edit the permissions in the document allowing only certain (trusted) users to edit the excel spreadsheet. If you trust certain people enough to be your lieutenants, that could be an effective strategy.
2) edit the permissions such that anyone can "comment" on the spreadsheet (comment but not change). People could leave you notes about players directly in the document for you to research.
Before I post the file I want to ask if there has been a big transfer in the lower leagues lately because I kinda lost track of them and they might have amazing players.
I would rather just post the minimal that is needed, spam the international forums and then build and maintain the roster off that. Increase the minimal when needed.
I think that Bull volenteered for the assistant coach so i will go over it with him. But if you want to know what it basicly looks like than i will tell you that it is the top OR players in the country with the exceptions of some individuals with very high Qualities also later i want to make sure I have a player for each position and back ups.
I believe we're on the same page here. Many of the initial players on the NT roster will be on the team for many seasons due to experience and the time it will take for new pulls from academies to catch up in effective OR.
That's assuming that whomever the NT manager is at the time doesn't gut the roster with the sole intention of having younger, but weaker, players.
