He will go on the market, if the team becomes managerless. That should be 21 days after the last login.
Does Freindly games in hockey manager gives something to the team instead of som ticketmoney?
Yes, they give experience and chemistry to players, OTR (overall team rating) to the winning team and they add up a little to clubs souvenir sale count if fan shops have been built.
How I know what is best way for staff? Example: training facilities is lvl 10 what staff (CV) is best for that lvl

Damn. And even if I am out of promotion battle, hence match is *not* important?
If you are out of promotion battle, sponsors won't watch the level of the team you play with.
