he wanted some Glory moment and jumped into your post for a short time of fame among those guys
LOL

I've given up on my SA. I sold off my good SDs. What's the point. I pull guys under 300OR. Heck, I pull guys worse than new teams get when they start. May as well just buy from the market. At least that way I know what Qs (scout in a day) and attys I'll get. I can buy guys with the Qs I want and OR greater than I am pulling for under 3M which is 25% of weekly sponsor money. SA is only good for TCs now IMO.
SA always seem like a long shot, only thing you can do then is as what you said - spend more time on market, and try to make some good bargains. You'll be surprised to see how often good players go for 1 mill (more/less).
That's what I've been doing. Sadly I don't have the stones to spend 20M on a guy and flip him for 50M. Mostly because they'd be my best player hands-down haha. So I stick to 10M and unders. But I have too many players, once again. I'm likely going to start unloading starting with my 3rd goalie (5/6 and 300/150/150) who also happens to be my 3rd highest paid player. Just want to make sure I get good money for such a player. He's been a long time project.
Again?
And one more: any idea how to search players by last name?

You cannot search for players by name on the market. No idea about loans. Would be nice if I could send some of my guys to some smaller clubs for exp but still have them train via my TFs and RFs.
I'm comfortable with taking those for barely 7 digits and sell them for 8.
Long term plan players are tough to let go
@Yzerman
It would be nice option. It would suck though if we would have to pay credits for it

This is one of the problems with the game. The best teams get better faster than anyone else so you can never catch up and compete. There needs to be some sort of cap on salaries in each league level if there is ever going to be a level playing field in PPM.
Hi guys!
Quick questions for you:
As an offensive player (center or Winger) the higher primary and/or EXP you have the more shooting chances you get compared to some other players?
As a D-man the higher the primary and/or EXP you have the less chances you have to get a penalty?
Thank you for any answers

I'm not sure you can put it like that. I thought that EXP gave a bonus to all attributes, so a higher EXP would make a player better at everything. Although of course the higher the attribute, the higher the relative bonus would be.....
There was a level playing field at the beginning of season 1. Some managers just had a better strategy to be successful and now they should be punished for doing so well? As Antsa stated when the premier players reach 25 years old it will be hard for the managers to be able to afford to keep all of them. All managers have had 4/5 seasons since the Free Agency was announced to devise a plan to combat it. For example max out facilities as much as possible so all profit on the week can go towards said players. In the meantime hope that the top managers that have maximised their facilities and arena don't buy up all the best prospects that come on the market to replace the best players that they can't afford to keep.
Except shooting. It doesn't seem to be influenced by EXP.
"Þorleivur Dagsson takes a weak shot from the blueline. Michal Smutný gets to the loose puck in front of the net, sends Muli Gonzalez off to the races, but he doesn't handle the pass and it's icing."
Did this guy really take a shot from his own blueline? otherwise how it is icing?

That is exactly the problem. The playing field is level for all those who started playing in season 1. Those teams will have no problems keeping their premier players as they are also the ones with the big budgets. the game needs to be a level playing field for all. managers should have to fight their way to the top levels but once they get there, they should have a chance. When I joined 6 seasons ago my average player was 200 and in the top leagues it was 400. Now mine average 400+ but they are averaging 900 +. so what used to be a 200 point spead is now a 500 point spread. They have no problem keeping 30 900 OR players on their rosters especially since they are pulling them at age 15 at 400 OR. It just isn't a level playing field.
