WOW, this thread is LONG! I had plenty of questions for this game, since the noob guide doesnt cover them up. Believe me, I've read it and still have questions.
1. How can I be positive about the price of a player? How can I know if I'm overpaying for him or not?
2. What should I pay attention for when I make penalty killing line ups? I use Aggression, but I don't know if this works for PK. Should I use something else?
3. Friendly games really help in something?
4. Playing games boost trainning? or a player can get the same amout of trainning even if not playing?
5. Can the Forum be changed somehow? It took me a lot to find this thread.

The only real way is to look on the market what other players of similar skills are being listed at / sold for. There is a market scout option, but it costs. In general, the more you use the market the more you'll get an idea of a players worth.

Technique. Above all else that's the key skill i work with, followed up with passing and defense. There really is no defined "best" way, so it's managers preference.

3. Friendly games really help in something?

Yes. Friendly games build your players experience and chemistry, and also help you team earn OTR.

4. Playing games boost trainning? or a player can get the same amout of trainning even if not playing?

A player who plays a game will train less according to the guide, however the reduction in training isn't too bad, so i prefer to play over not play, especially if they need experience and chemistry.

5. Can the Forum be changed somehow? It took me a lot to find this thread.

We all wish that were the case PPM really need to get a proper forum system installed, but all suggestions have fallen on deaf ears

2. thanks for this, I was analyzing it, but I think is better to get tech on PK than aggr, that means my guys wont go to the pen so often when being outnumbered. I used to rank by def, but my fws dont have that much of def so I was doubting and thought about giving some aggression back. thanks for that tip.
3 & 4. So I can actually have two teams? One for official games and one for friendly games? Like the first team can rest while the second team play friendly games and stuff? does it really work? or I was wasting my time?

I use Pro, but mainly for the analysis for upcoming games. Helps with research.

I have essentially 2 teams... my main squad for league games and I have a 2nd team which is about 3/4 rookies and 1/4 guys from my main squad that i use for friendlies. Eventually those rookies will move to the main squad, but they need to get experience and chemistry before they'll be any good.

Experience and chemistry both increase your player attributes, so an experienced player with chemistry will actually be better than his attribute numbers suggest.

Same goes for seasonal energy, the more they lose the worse a player becomes, so try not to play too many games on normal or high importance, at least not early in a season.

market scout thing costs additional credits - even for pro users it isnt for free

for pk i dont know how this season works aggresion but last 2 seasons i was especialy looking for defs with high aggresion and it worked out wery well.

and for 3&4 - you can easly play your main squad at friendlies with very low importance dont cost much energy and keeps chemistry always on top

So is ti really a good idea to raise a second team, consisting on 3 lines and the 4th line of the main squad to play on friendlies? just to help them get exp and chem. So when they are better in atts they can play a little easier?
I actually change a lot when I do this. When I play mian squad 1st line has more playing time than the rest and it decreases until reaching 4th line who play less. This is for official games.
In friendlies I give them 25% to each one of them, so they all play equally.
I do this avoiding difference on exp, chem and nrg.
So what I want to really know is, doing this with my team really works? Should I keep this two teams strategy or just keep it to a better grade when I focus on 22 players?

Hmmm if you give your top lines more ice time, they will lose much more seasonal energy, which will actually degrade them towards the end of the season. What ratios are you using for time on ice?

Until your facilities are developed running multiple lines is probably not necessary. The players you have now will most likely not be the ones you will play with later. Besides anyone of real talent you have will likely be first team players anyways.

40-25-20-15 for official games.
25-25-25-25 for friendlies

that "40" for your top line is going to kill them later on. Do you play on only low or very low importance?

Just to clarify what i mean. seasonal energy loss directly affects attributes. The general consensus is that every 1 your players energy drops, 1% is taken off your attributes.

So, if you have a player who's seasonal energy is say 80/100 and his primary attribute is 100 then it's really only 80 (80% of 100).

From now on I play normal since we already got a confortable position in league. We have nothing to fight for, the bets position we can get is 4th, so we relaxed. Those guys from the first line are between 69-75 in nrg. I guess is because of the ratio.

Now, I have a GREAT question, since I got here I always got the idea of: "Upgrade your facilities." I understand I have to, but I don't really know until what level should I upgrade. When should I focus on a different facility? I have like not enough money to keep upgrading like I used to do two seasons ago. So, whats the level I should consider fit for my team?

So whats the level of energy we should crap our pants at? if it gets to 80 we stop playing like crazy? I will consider this for next season of course. But I want to make sure I know the level of energy I should focus on and stuff

When you get to the tougher leagues using normal is a rarity as energy becomes such a valuable comodity for the players.

Tough re: facilities.

It is never too early to upgrade the big 4:

Training
Regeneration
Human Resources
Sports Academy.

Training and regen go hand-in-hand, so try and always upgrade them to the same level. ie. upgrade training to 4 then regen to 4, training to 5, regen to 5, etc.

Human resources directly affects your sponsor offers.

Sports academy of course influences youth pulls.

training and regen are the biggest key IMHO as gettting them started means a much stronger team down the road.
