I can´t really imagine how a U20 NT Coach would not want a player that could easily play for the senior team.
I guess the idea comes from asking the U20 manager not to call him up to the squad, and in that case we would have lots of problems among U20 and Senior NT managers.

Best thing to be done, IMHO, is to allow another 1-week-window of dismissals for the coaches who will prefer to chose other players over the nowadays 19-year-old guys.

My 3rd GK is a 19yo kid. Next season will need him to play a lot and resting my starters for WC. Now don't know what to do.
will 19yo players lose their chemistry when they are dropped to U20 team? is there any point in letting them play for the senior team now?
I think captains in one nation can solve this problem. By us every manager is on the same side, for just one year it's a crazy idea to remove theese players from the adult team...
We will soon publish official info on this. Right now I am leaning to the idea to allow NT managers to keep under-age players for the next season. In case a junior NT manager wants to use them, he will have to ask the senior manager to let those players go.

But only for next season. It will be interesting to watch who will weaken junior teams chances...

But wait. You say "for the next season". What about players in age 18 for now?. Will they automaticaly move to U20 in age 20 ?
they will automatically be removed from senior team at the beginning of that season. they will not be assigned to U20 team.
