I think that some players have been hidden. You have to search the player and click on crossed eye.
the filter wasnt the main problem. odd is that only forwards doesnt show up when aged older than 20, it works in the other positions. second problem still is that it is not possible to save settings. you can set them and get a message that it is saved...but it isnt

Try to reset Your browser. I had this problem sometimes before.
Strangely one of the filters I think I changed yesterday is in there now (CD). But the trick didn't work now, logging off and on again I mean.

I have bigger problem cause India haven't DB.

Oh, that's something. But at least there are not that many teams and players in India, right? Nevertheless, tedious work.
There isn't as many players as Czech, Slovakian or Polish but problem is to find them all without DB.
Since there are just a few teams or former teams you could follow their transfer history. Of course it's tedious, but check all the teams in the Asien leagues and now Indian leagues over the last 8 seasons (to catch the already dead teams) and look at all the players they sold once. And check all the active teams. That could be done and you won't miss anyone.
