I have no comment..... 40 shots and only 1 goal?? really? It was unreal game .... and our penalties? no comment....
Sorry about the loss, but good luck in relegation!
The RNG can give absurd results sometimes in this game no matter what you do. You won on tactics in the 2nd and 3rd. They had a strong goaltender but not to such an extent that you'd expect such a result.

Patty16 has done quite well recently. He's the first manager to take the senior team into the top division (for 3 seasons so far). The team has been in division II for 4 seasons and in division I for the remainder of its existence.
While he was a bit of a newer manager initially, he's put a lot of effort into trying to learn about the game and the U.S. talent pool. He's frequently sought advice from experienced managers like the manager of the Razorback Thugs on how to improve the team and has allowed his perspective on how to run the team to evolve while continuing to try to improve.
A frequent problem with national team managers is that they're excited to take over a national team, but when they realize the amount of time that it takes to scout enough players (at least a few hundred) to find the best players, sort through all of the data, balancing current strength with preparing the future stars so they'll be ready (good chemistry and training bonus) when the current stars begin to fade, preparing for matches by researching the opponent's tactics strategies, working with managers to improve training, keeping an eye on teams that are about to fold that have NT worthy players, and keeping on eye for good players that aren't fully developed who get sold to bad teams, many managers often end up losing interest in managing the national team. A suspicious amount of them end up overwhelmed and end up quitting PPM. Another problem is that new managers aren't usually quite aware of the status of the United States' talent pool and how it compares other top countries. Managing the United States Senior National Team in PPM is like managing the Latvian National Team in real hockey. You can get some upsets with some luck and the right strategies, but you're starting from a serious disadvantage relative to the top teams.
I'm all for encouraging new managers to give managing a national team a try. I had to take over the U21 Handball NT because nobody else (not even a foreign manager) was interested, and I spent 8 seasons managing it while trying to convince someone else to take it over until I finally found someone who was interested (because I didn't want to manage 2 NT's). Even so, I think Patty16 is doing a good job with the Senior National Hockey Team and should stick around.

How I said... I just want somebody who understand it. I don't care I'll lose ... but also I want continue with this team because it was not easy win in division I. and go to top division. That's why I want to continue like a manager of the USA.
then stop feeling sorry for yourself and start promoting your ideas, your plan, and what it takes to be the best........have you got guts or are you going to sit back and let others take over the team you've worked so hard to produce...Manager of the USA National team is an honor......work for it
True dat!! The most sought-after PPM manager job on this continent is GM of the country's senior hockey team! Some because they think it is a glory job! In reality , it takes a lot of hard work, especially in the areas of player research and opponent tactics research!! Unfortunately, because of how the world rankings are tabulated, one person's hard work and achievement can be undone in one season by someone who has less commitment. It will take about 4 years to recover from one bad season. Your country has come a long way recently. The better your results, the more people who will want the position. Choose wisely!

Let's see how the election will be.. also good luck to you in Canada and I'm sorry I send you down, I had no choice. I think you will win elections 100% so we all hope you'll come back to TOP next season just continue with your job. I think you are doing well also it's gonna be your tenth season.
so far ... I'm loosing elections right now but I hope people will vote better second round cause I don't think I did something wrong in the team, it's not that easy like somebody is thinking and you know about it.
If some better manager then me will against me in elections I'll be okay with that because I can trust him. I looked team of Boards2001 and you can see so many mistakes in he's team. I'm talking about the basis of the game. He's building some facilities for no reason. He just spend money.... Also he's roster is not future roster. I bought little bit older players and start building stadium first because it's the first think what do you have to do and then start growing young players for our country. That's what I want to do after I'll have max capacity and good facilities for development new and young players. I think you know how is it goes.
When I asked him for some important questions then he did not answer and it's important. Now everybody see he want's be manager of the USA just because he think he's good but reality is different.
I did my best, I don't wanna lose this team because I go step on step and I don't want anybody to destroy this team.
Please people think about it and vote right. How I said it is not easy. If you guys will vote him, I'll okay with that. Just do it right and I hope team USA will every season better and stronger.
I'm sorry for my grammar. I'm not american hahaha just living here and doing my best.
Thank you and be safe guys!

When you manage your own team you only have to answer to yourself....how you run it, what you are trying to achieve, your goals and decisions are yours and yours alone. When you manage a national team you have to answer to all the managers in your league. You need to post your decisions, your strategy, your yearly plans.....in other words, communicate the direction the team is taking now and in the future, and rely on comments and suggestions from the league. The national team is the inspiration for all teams from that country, it is a shared team and should be the result of every manager in the league taking part in its creation. Patty says there is a lot of work, maybe what's needed is more involvement, the load shouldn't be on one person but on all of us. This is Your team, to represent you, take pride in and celebrate with. I only am running because as I looked back at this last season I couldn't help but feel changes needed to come. I feel Patty is doing a very decent job, if I win I will immediately ask him to be my assistant, I'm certain we two working together, with all the outside help we can find will bring this team to its rightful position as an upper-echelon hockey club.
I don't know, I would no probably accept the offer. What is your plans for next season if you'll win elections?
