Whats your problem? If you actually read what I wrote I said "only using players that I developed, either being from my sports academy or that I bought at a young age". If you are actually attacking me for this and not just trying to be a douche, I bought Romualds Sviestiņš in season one, before you were even playing the game.

He was just being goofy, making statements that are based on the sound of a last name and spelling. It's not racism it's just pointing out the difference. People are too sensitive anymore.

I missed out on some forum fun it seems. Was busy watching the Rangers beating the caps in 3OT.

There should probably be a more concerted effort to get players into the database. I don't think relying on the other managers to post their players will be enough. For instance, there are currently only enough 18 year olds (43) to field two teams, so one in four of them could make the U20 team.

I'm going to start scouting 18 year olds on American teams (starting from the top leagues). This would probably be more worthwhile than scouting the other teams in my league. Once I get my new sponsors, I should be able to scout about 3 players every 2 days. This may take awhile, so it will be more helpful for scouting the 20 year olds for the U20 team in two years. I am compiling a list of players to scout and can post it if requested to avoid redundancy.

It would help if other managers could scout specific age groups (by region). Also, if multiple managers can collaborate for the same groups, then the data might be easier to compare.
