Frenette is insane. Skipman is one of THOSE guys... guys who pull the best type of players at the best times (Frenette was 22 5/6).
I can't believe skipman6 sold Young. What is scary is that he has sold some great youngsters over the years. Imagine if he had kept them and been patient like I have to... :S
you got lucky that he was bought by one of the main producers of USA NT players.. He'll train him well
I know. Often guys like these head overseas and are either trained weirdly or the team goes defunct after a season or two.

Also, you should do a study on the effect of Chem and MR (i.e. How big is the difference in MR between when you buy a player and when you develop their chem to 100%.. Between what percentages should you try to have your starters in?- I noticed that over 70, 80% and 100% there doesn't seem to be much of a gain)
Also, another topic that might interest you is Exp. How useful is is? Is the relationship between experience and match rating linear or a square root-shaped function (not sure what the proper name is.. Do you know?)

I'm already working on it. Using a goalie I bought in hockey. Early indications are showing a 20% boost for 100 chem with a very defined linear slope.
I can actually see the impact of going from 99 to 98 energy as well! It is pretty cool! One of the perks for having a guy with low C/L because it takes him forever to train so a change attributes aren't an influence!
