Might have misread your statement- Are you looking towards the future of the WC next season by playing subs to increase their chem for next season? If so I understand but I still say go all out this season.
You misunderstood what I said, the goal will be to qualify as soon as possible, and at the same time to rotate some starters, maybe one or two a game. Plus, several subs are almost as good as the starters, and playing them won't hurt the team
Exactly. And for the second point, what's the point in winning the "Challenge Cup". Would you rather try to go for this cup or try to have a very deep roster for next season to have as my players with a competitive amount of chem? I'm leaning for the latter
The benefit of winning or getting close to winning is the training bonus for being called up.

I will have to add my apologies as well to the game against Sweden. Real life interfered with PPM , I have talked to Manum and will make sure that it does not happen again. One of the key rolls of an assistant is to verify the lineup.

Yes, I was also surprised about that. I expected them to take first, lol. Also, I didn't want to get ahead of myself until I saw the updated table, but if I'm not mistaken, we are still second, tied with Ukraine with 4 pts each, but with a better goal difference
Why isn't Sharrard playing? Building chem elsewhere? Is he the highest-rated CF?
Building up the Team Chemistry with all players- I would assume
