Asunto: National Team

Well, this was as far as I thought we were going to make it once I saw who we were up against, and without Aldridge or Woody

Bosnia is a great team
They had their entire team in the 40s and two strikers rating 65 & 60.. And they even had a few 60-rated subs that they were saving for the knockout stage.

If we're going to lose to someone, I'd like it to be a very good team, and Bosnia, even though they were ranked lower than us, are a fantastic team



For next season I plan to set up a team with the best possible players, not just youngsters.

I think we're getting to the point in ppm where experience begins to impact the game drastically, and with the WC in 3 seasons, I'd like to have a very very good team with very good subs. If anyone hsa any players that you'd think are too old for the NT (i.e. 25+), but who have a high amount of experience (100+) and OR 1500+ please tell me and we'll see if they make it into the team. There are 35 spots and we currently have about 20-25 filled, the players that didn;t play this year, or that are 3rd string subs will most likely be dropped especially if there is a good older candidate (high OR and Exp) that can fill the same position

Hello guys, Santo Locklear is on the market and you can buy him if you want. This year he'll be the first choice sub CM after Henne and Ashcraft and may start when resting or rotating said CMs (but it's unlikely since we need to build op their Chem) or if we play with 3 CMs (I plan on using this a lot, specially if it turns out to be as effective as I hope and think it is)

Hello everyone, the plan for the this season will be to develop as much Chem as possible for those who are likely to feature in the ICC at the end of the season and for those who will be the future of the NT afterwards (those who won't be dropped after this season). The starters from last season already have a lot of Chem and so they will be rested for many friendlies in favor of subs and so that we have a deep squad and at least 2 players who can play in each position. We might drop in the rankings in the upcoming weeks, but we will make up the lost ground after the first third of the season when we start using our starters more to get them up to speed for the qualifiers and ICC

There are still 5 open spots, so if anyone has a player who you think should be in the NT, pm me and I'll check him out. Mainly we are looking for talented young players who could be starters in the future as the older players and those with bad CL paths get dropped. Likely drops from the NT at the end of the season are:
Barnard, Mcintyre, C Mark, Locklear, Nichols, M Mark, Bronson, Dylan, Cosby and Morse
None of these will be dropped for sure b/c who we drop depends on who we are doing in that position, how they did this season, and on who is coming up from the U20

So, we qualified first in our group, but still fell in the rankings, unluckily, due to playing much weaker teams. Hopefully this will be reverted when we WIN THE ICC at the end of the season!

Well, kind of.. We did qualify first, but we fell A LOT in the rankings, despite winning most games. My goal now is to win the ICC (and hopefully break teh top 10 doing so, even tho this might be too optimistic) and then next season it will be to rejuvenate the team and develop chem, playing several promising young 21-22 year olds


My idea for next season's roster, atm is this:

LM (2-3): Aldridge and LOU COLEMAN/KELLY WHITE
RM (2-3): Crenshaw, and Nate Dylan/Sean Bronson
CF (6-7): Sharrard, Ricky Schoenknecht, McCready, Cosby, Adams, CHESTER HOLMES, and SILAS WOFFORD

CMs Note: For now there'll be no changes in the roster but will play mostly Ashcraft, Henne, Howard, and Hammons.. Cornell Mark and Locklear will not be starting and they're also getting a bit old, so to have them be subs I'd rather have Howard and Hammons

Looks like we got Canada in the ICC, eh!
