Just catching up with this thread. A couple comments....
--My guys won't go into camp 2 until Monday at the earliest (and possibly Wednesday) next week. I'm still in the ChL and I need those guys to be playing as long as my team is alive. Sorry, I know that's a pain, but they'll at least get a few days of training bonuses and then they'll keep improving fast through the beginning of the tournament too. Of course, feel free to use them even though they're in camp. This affects Woody, Romo, and Schoenknecht; Bronson isn't going to camp since he's 3/6 and possibly even dropping to 2/6 next season.
--Speaking of Schoenknecht, I hate to be pessimistic, but based on his history, I'd expect him to drop to 3/6 next season. So while I'm also excited to see him develop with this next core of young forwards, I think his fast development will slow down starting next season.
--In terms of CD depth, you've also got a great prospect coming out of the U20's next season in Otto Hammons . Great experience for a 20yo, very good stats and qualities, on a team with solid facilities, and he's been the U20 starter for two seasons, so his chemistry is 100. iMatt may have a better guess than I, but based on my old spreadsheets, he'll probably stay at 4/6 for at least a couple more seasons.

If anyone needs their players to NOT play in the NT please tell me specifically who and when. I don't know who plays in the ChL and who doesn't, but if you need them, you can certainly have them, these are only friendlies anyways, and are also good opportunities to try out subs
So far 4 of Runny's players and the 3 you mentioned will not play this week (to clarify, you need them, THIS weekend, right?)
No, I don't need them to sit out at all...you can play them whenever you want. I'm just saying that I won't be starting camp until Monday or Wednesday, depending on how I do in the ChL, so either way they won't be done with camp by the time the tournament starts. But since players that are in camp can still play NT games, it shouldn't really have an effect on your lineup at all. It just means that my guys will get the camp training bonus rather than the NT training bonus.
Regardless, this weekend all of my players are out of camp and free to play and receive the NT training bonus if you want them to.

If a player is in CAMP and we play them they will still get a training bonus so its not the end of the world.
The biggest thign is tourneys- I for one woudl like a few of my players in the next 2 weeks to finish a tourney.

Ok, I'd thought he was also in a tourney and needed them.
Today we had our first win against Lithuania, a tough game played mostly in the middle. Since they had 3 CMs and we don't have a strong midfield we played the outside mids, Aldridge and Max Mark, as close to them as possible.
We also took a bit of a gamble playing Sharrard instead of Schoenknecht, but it definitely paid off.. Goal and Man of the Match!!
Tomorrow we play against England who tied a very strong Dutch side.. Who also count with Reinier Thelen , an absolute beast and one of the best players in ppm!! That'll definitely be a tough game. To increase our odds at getting into the knockout stages, a win against England will be crucial.

Also, thanks for your support as NT manager next season and thanks to Runnyonion for teaching me about the Senior NT this season

Unfortunately that means Aldridge will have to sit in a huge game that will decide whether or not we make it further---
USA- 4 pts
Lithuania- 3 pts
England- 2 Pts
Netherlands- 0 pts
