I doubt well get them anytime soon.

I updated the database with all of the current players, potential players that I have scouted and any players that had previously uploaded that I had scouted.

Just a note, but in this off-season the chemistry of all NT players was reduced by 30% of their end-of-season chemistry (this did not happen after the first season). It's also worth mentioning that if the new manager dismisses a player from the team, that player's chemistry goes to 0. I only bring that up because its happened to a NT before and would be far from ideal for our squad.

We had some players transferred last season that went to clubs that don't have high level facilities, so the new manager will have to evaluate those players as well. Speaking of facilities, eight of the current NT players have TF-15 under construction, with six of those also having RF-14 under construction.

I have a fair amount of information compiled relating to NT players and USA I.1 facilities. If the new manager and/or assistant would like any of that information, I'd be more than willing to share it.

Vote for Willmott... I was running just invade someone didn't run. Let me know if you want to keep me on as asst for first season to help with the international screens. I think you will do a good job. Like OB said I would analyze the risk of removing and adding players. Taking my hat out of the bin and putting it in the asst bin.

How do i add scouted rival player to database? I tired to upload him, but it says: This language is not supported..

Thanks...but don't sell yourself so short. I think you would be a very good NT manager, too; you've shown in the last two NC's that you know how to win as an underdog (two seasons ago when you drew the #1 and #2 seeds in consecutive weeks and won both was pretty epic). That's a good skill to have as one of the smaller countries on the world stage.

I'd be happy to keep you on as an assistant for at least a while. Outsider has also expressed interest, so I'd like to give him a chance as well, but (assuming that what I'm hearing on this thread holds true and I win the election) I'll keep you there for now. And we'll talk in the next couple of days, because it sounds like what you've been doing will be very important early on for player selection.

Seriously, though, point taken. I certainly acknowledge that I haven't been so active in the forums around here, although I do try to pop up in my league forums once in a while. As NT manager, I'll have a lot more to talk about, so I'll definitely be more active in this thread keeping the community updated on what's going on and what I'm planning (to the extent that it will not inadvertently show our hand to the other team).

Another idea I had along these lines was trying to start a weekly prediction game to hopefully get some more people (perhaps those like me who read a lot but never post much) involved in the NT discussion. Not sure what to offer as a prize, except maybe ponying up a few credits for a season-long pool.

I'd love to have all of the information you've been working with; I've already started gathering some of my own, too, but more information is never a bad thing.

Still in it- So technically if I win I win. Wow... I noticed you dont even make top anything on forums. Not cutting myself short- Just didnt want someone that is inexperienced to get it.
