This season is weird so far. I'm still getting a feel for how the changes they made effect things.

That was a horrible game. More than half of my team's shots were stopped.

I need to figure out how to raise my shooting at some point. I have every player without bad qualities at 70%, but I am somehow only at 24. Are other people keeping shooting at 100%? Maybe I should go back to using offensive and defensive specialists to a larger extent.

dude some of my starters are at less than half ratio and they are doing fine. When I startede I noticed (as far as I can tell) that there isn't a lot of correlation.

I have one player at 50% and 5 players at about 70% (though it is not always at 70% since I train one attribute at a time for every 10 FiP

What's up with the Dooshnozzles? He's playing all of his games on High. I think he was one of the tougher opponents last season. So I was surprised to login and see a win today. And an easy win at that.

Most of last season he was on VL, then he switched to High once he realized the playoffs were in question. It was too late and he got stuck in 9th.

Maybe he's trying to make sure he doesn't fall as far behind this year...?

That's nuts. His guys are going to be ruined for the season if he keeps this up for a few more weeks.

He kicked my ass last season.

I've been playing against Dooshnozzles every single season so far. And he's always been comparable/slightly better, and it's always been a tough match when I played him.

But honestly tujague, if you look at a lot of teams, hardly anyone is playing on Low or VL this season.

I'm finding it harder to do it as well, given the penalties that come from doing so and losing. So if everyone else is playing N/N or N/H, i don't think he'll lose ground as quickly as you might think playing H/H.

It's all relative.

"Random." Sure. I believe that.

The energy loss from high is double the energy loss from normal (an additional loss of .5 per league game), so they will probably lose ground on the teams that primarily use N/N or something lower.

I'm playing L/L

I'd like to do that all season, but I know it's going to cost me a few games and then I'll panic and switch to N/H because 'Hey, I've got some energy to spare.'

what is the difference for chemistry and experience at playing L/L or VL/VL vs N/H or VH ???

I've started going Normal most games simply due to attendance.

the attendance was the biggest deal for me. As i have the biggest Arena in USA I cant afford to play less than Normal

I don't know that we know yet. we'll have to do testing to see how it changed...
