Ok but leats take Stacey Wells as example. He was sold for 40m couple weeks ago and now if the manager put him on the market he would get at least double of that price. Thats how I look at things right now. If I buy a great player for 85m today I can sell him next season for 160m.

EVERYONE, with the exception of a few well informed people, thought that house prices would always go up. (it's ok that I'm overpaying now, because someone will overpay tomorrow, and I'll make a healthy profit!!)

Yeah. It doesn't always work that way. Just look at hockey... the most expensive guy on the market right now is $489,999,999. Divide that by 16 seasons, and you get about $30,000,000. If players truly doubled in value every year, the numbers would look much different.

The thing is... if you're buying a player, you should absolutely not be thinking about how much you can sell him for. Think about what he can do for your team, and if the cost is worth it. If you're doing anything else, you're just gambling and speculating.

However it is your money and maybe that one player will carry you through the rest of the season.

I really thought you had stolen momentum. It seemed like you were getting 2-3 chances to my one. But my goalie came up big late in the game. Then your guys got pissed and picked up two 2-min suspensions in the final two minutes. 16yo Zacharias Adams gets the game winner with 10 seconds to go
