what other cups? USA has only 2 slots this year ... My guess the D1 champion and National champion.

biggest surprising was HSV being demoted to D2.

the 3 D2 winners will come to D1 as contenders.

Out of the 3 the runners-up that will play promotion playoffs, [handball_team=15920] could also be a contender if promote.

the other 2, if promote, will likely battle for playoff spot.

USA D1 Average Team strength will increase significantly.

Mario Tubbs will no longer be D1 best player.

Tubbs was never the best player. He is 8th in goals scored.

Best players in the league are Willard Hatcher and McGregor.

If you're going by points, then Carpenter is still one of the best players.

Congrats to everyone in Division 1 for what was a hard fought season. It'll be interesting to see which teams pull ahead and/or dominate in the coming seasons, and which teams will be hampered by bad luck in the SA. At least we're starting to get to a point where well trained players from the beginning are equal to or better than many players pulled from the SA. That wasn't the case at this point in season 1.

For what it's worth, I was able to bump up my OTR to 340ish this season in DIII.4 and promote to DII.1

That OTR is 23 points higher than the DI.1 average, so we'll have a good comparison for seeing how the sponsorship deals and everything compare (ie. if it's best to start in DI.1 and possibly get relegated in the first couple of seasons).

I imagine that my sponsorship deals going into the DII.1 will not be as good as what most of the playoff teams in the DI.1 will get, but it'll be interesting to see where stuff falls once you include the $20ish million cash I get for promoting out of DIII.

as long as you dont take too long (more than 2 seasons) to promote you can catch up financially. If take more than that you will be in trouble.

I'm at 32, and I'm kind of annoyed that I can't find one more haha. I started out very casually (figuring I wouldn't find all of them anyways), and just clicked them as I saw them.

Now that I'm so close, I'm kind of angry with myself for not keeping track of where I did (and didn't) find them.
