Logical from a "real world" perspective? No. But to be honest I don't know how it works in handball with registered starting line ups. Can a player be sold after being registered in the official line up for a game? If so, is he still eligible for the game or not? Different leagues different rules?

Logical from a PPM perspective? Yes. Because that is how it has always worked.

There's a lot that differs from the real world and PPM and a lot that makes sense in PPM that would be absolutely nuts in the real world.

A transfer can only be finalized once an hour twenty past the whole hour? Substitute the whole offensive line up for a completely new defensive line up? Pretty nuts really. But that is how the game works so you adjust to it.

The reason why the tactics and lineup are locked 1 hour before, is because that's when the calculations start. They run for over half an hour, maybe even more. It depends on when your game is simulated and whether the player was transferred before or after that time.

However, it is your responsibility as a manager to anticipate not having that player. You should always be prepared for that alternative.

But I do like this hundreds of times... and other managers too...

The questions still... Can my info changes when tactics and squad is locked ? Have something being changed ?

Its really good to know this so I know when I could sell players. If its no deadline... We in Sweden maybe not have players on transfer 17.20-18.20 ?

blocking transfers of players at specific times for specific countries would be very confusing.

You have to anticipate that the player won't be available. Just make a lineup without him or make sure there is a substitute for that player ready to play.

All info about my squad and tactics is locked, and I sure counted that it was that... For the first time its changed after its locked

And also...is there some way to know in advance (I mean once the Qualifiers have started) which teams we might play in WC?

So scenario for you in previous cases was like:
1) 18:18 your game was simulated;
2) 18:20 your player was transferred.

Now, you just got unlucky, and your game took longer to simulate:
1) 18:20 your player was transferred;
2) 18:22 your game was simulated.

But anyway, it is as Vlady say's: "You have to anticipate that the player won't be available."

Yes, the ranking will determine the seeding for group draws. But there is no way you can say in advance who you might play in WC.

I know what he say, but this have never happens before.. And is my team locked with the player who leave my team.... so have the simulator all data or ? Even if the match get simulated 3 weeks after... or have I wrong?

If the squad is locked, the player also suppose to be locked..

I say it again... I know that game I played on Wednesday not going to be changed, its ok... But I really wonder if its a bug.. or something they have changed.

vlady already told you..matches are simulated from 18:00 to 18:30.. your player left your team at 18:20, so your match was simulated in the last 10 minutes..
