Oh come on, not again. We kind of rode the horse to its death on pages 47 to 56.
I was just answering Jakzi, merely stating that his guess about substitutions is right. I described it as unrealistic, yes, which I think nobody who knows real life handball can deny. But PPM doesn't seem to be interested at all, so one can play like that if he or she wants.

Regarding fast breaks: No, I don't think it's working like that (if I got you correctly).
How I understand it, each time the ball possession changes the engine decides if there is a fast break - based on the tactical setup and probably team strength or players skills. However, the decision is not based on the difference in the offensive and defensive lineups, as it should be, of course. (That is my conclusion drawn from what you hear from the developers. If it would be otherwise, this would be a disadvantage which they denied there is. Also, you would see it in the match reports by an increasing number of fast breaks if you use different lineups. This seems not to be the case.)
Anyway, if there is a fast break, defense and offense stay on the pitch. So, your offense will defend or your defense will attack. Which should result in a minor disadvantage if you heavily use specialist players.

Regarding skills: As far as I know, the importance of the skills remains the same in defense or offense, with respect to the position of course. The exception being Shooting and Blocking.

I think that if there if the offensive team take a fast break then the defence team have to play defence with their offensive players.

Also all the the counter attacks are made with the defence players, so you will get a much less succeed on counter attacks if you play with 14 players.

Yeah, players in defence and offence is trained way different, at least for me. It's much more than just shooting/block and tecnic that are different in training. I know some of the other top managers train the same way as I do.

Therefor PPm can't make a change about the system now, it took a long time to get the players trained the way I wanted.

So, where did you get that from? It surely says nothing about it in the guide? I wouldn't rule out minor differences, but 'way different'? Basic importance of skills imho remains the same on the same positions.

Tell me if it's wrong to think that when is a counter attack the opposing defense does not exist,because what's the point to counter-attack in handball,only the goalkeeper is defense ..

I never Said that the opposite defence didn't exist, I said that the ones that counter attack for the offensive team is the defenders.

It says quiet a lot about it in the guide actually.

Well, either there is a different guide available in sweden or you're able to find things I'm not.
I just reread the paragraphs about players, lineups and tactics. And except for Shooting/Blocking I couldn't find any word specifically about different skill sets in offense/defense. (With the exception of fast breaks, where some skills are said to be more important.)

What's the point of winning friendlies with NT except earning some points in the World Ranking?

Will World Ranking have any impact in Qualifiers and/or WC seeding? Or anything else?

You are right with your idea about the seeding.
In first NT season it will not have a great impact because all teams start the same and there is a lot of luck in the games but in the long run it should pay off to win win and stay in the upper part. The group stage of the WC is easier and the top teams will come later in the tournament

I got random squad in todays game 19.00 !!

I sold a player and deadline on him was 18.10... 18.20 he leaves my team and all tactics and the squad is locked 18.00 !!!

It was an really important game.... and what happens - random everything ???? Damn

You can't expect a player that's no longer in your club to play for you...

You have wrong....

The match simulates 18.00 and my player was in my team that time !!

I think 18:10 calculates still working, so your player was out, i think it is normous.
