Ok, what we have here:
1. Player stats don't mean a s**t in PO, so nobody is hurt.
2. Home team made some extra bucks with third game. None taken from poor.
3. Some extra OTR is good thing for them, but not for those who tend to chase them and have almost the same OTR (sponsorship offer).
So we may conclude that some money, approx 1million in tickets & who knows how much in sponsorship offer for that 3,5 OTR points (probably less than a million), is a matter of general dispute here.
So....I'm not bothered so much with it. Why are you?

hard to say anything before the last game, but now you have to calculate also:
- they were a betting game
- no risk for both side with maximalized OTR and minimized Energy loss

Agree with Popaji. Is it necessarily the best practice? Probably not, but in the long run I don't really care. If I was in that situation, I'd rather lose in 2 games and start a training camp than waste time with a 3rd game. I'm into a game 3 because I want to win, and so does my opponent

I understand we have to always be wary of people trying to cheat the system, but this is one of those things that, to me, seems like an awful small "advantage" to get riled up about. Good for the PPM staff to know about sure, but in the end any problems and enforcement with it would come up to them.

You also should take into account that there plan can backfire and they get hit with a wonderful case of Random and lose the game. So where do they stand then with that plan. It is up to everyone if they want to take that chance or not. I'm with Popaji on this, why is everyone so bothered!?!

Situation: 38th round of RS. X's team first place, Y's need to beat X for 8th place and send him next message: "let me win this game and you'll win the PO games 2-1, we'll make some money, OR, etc."

What about betting game? Who is betting on these games?
Maybe you are right about energy, and who knows what importance would they really use if they did not had an agreement. And can you forbid two guys who are in good relationship not to have a deal (in Nat Cup for instance) to play on low instead on High ? You can't forbid them and you can't prove that arrangement.

You have right. That's why I don't want any panalty to them. But please don't say this example is the right way.
It is a "one personal" game and I have also friends here, which fighting with them means me more fun. Do a business with them to get some vantage make me misareble
