You don't get my point, I asked:
Is it really true that if I don't set the captain the line-up will be randomly generated?

and I was answered NO, and now you give me answers and explanations on a different matter then I aksed.

If it is written in the guide as follows:
"Set up your lines including the powerplay and penalty killing special teams. Don't forget to set your captain and alternate captains either. There is nothing worse than letting a randomly generated line-up play your games."

then on what grounds "the randomly generated line-up" sentence doesn't refer to choosing captain?

In my language it sounds rather dubious.

komanch, go to Next Game and just look below the team comparisons to see the line-up.

Anything that says Sub is auto-created.

It also isn't random, it goes by Off and Def.

Ok first of all, i posted a second time and said that I had tracked back and realized i misunderstood your post, that is why i posted the second post. (if i could have deleted the first i would have)

But, that doesnt change the fact that there is nothing wrong with the wording. Just because you misunderstood doesn't mean its misleading.

The line states that if you don't set something it will be generated randomly. (your lines, your powerplay, your captain) It in no way infers that if you don't set 1 thing that all will be randomly generated. And if you read later in the guide, since reading the whole guide is advised it very clearly states what will happen if you don't set certain parts. (i.e. your powerplay lines will be your first two lines, etc)

I'm with nsblues on this... it's clearly in the guide. The first place people should look to get info should ALWAYS be the guide. If answers are not there, then check the forums.

I was trying to figure out how to tie a double-windsor tie knot, wasn't in the guide... then I spent hours looking through all the forums and translating the forums and still nothing there... now what?

Who has the biggest Arena right now? I've found a couple at 2100 capacity?

Mine is 2000, but will be surpassed quite easily as I'm not upgrading it this season.

Mine is 2000 also, but intend to increase it to 3000 in the next 3 mths or so.
