Maybe biulding-level also has an influence..
How so? I have lvl 15 everything and 200 OR staff.

It is good, but not correct. It has the shortest C/L path having 3/6 at 20. The earliest you'll see 3/6 is 21. It also has some years with C/L sticking for 5 seasons which cannot happen. C/L can also go down to 0. Use it as a guide but not as a rule.

At least with the former draft there was generally an A category every 20 or so players... A's are so rare now. Vlady, were A players meant to be less than 1%?

i have question about national teams - is it possible to play game with almost healed player (5 days or less)?
It depends on the settings of the manager who owns the player. If they don't have him set as play DTD, you can't play him.

Do devs think about injury reserve change in hockey? imo its wrong, that if you have injured first line LW, automaticly there goes reserve LW who overall is crappy. better would be if there would be automatic second line lw promotion to first line and so on. and then in third/four line automaticly place reserve.
I have found them to be 2-5% somewhere in there. I've found 2 As thus far, fyi.
I've found 2 As as well. However I'm near the bottom in terms of picking anyway, so I'll be doing good to get a B.
