U20 is something for bigger countries, in Belgium we have a hard time to get a decent NT, let alone the U20
this would be another benefit for the bigger countries
perhaps dumb point of view, but it's true.
I stick to my opinion on this one, way too early for U20
NT has just started, why already need U20, there are hardly players of +20 in the NT... it needs some time

I select them for the NT, not for the games. And I do it because they are future NT players, but when they are 40 xp behind, it will take a little wile before they reach the same level as the older players.
And since Norway is very small, and has few really good players, I can do this.

I think he means that all the best players would be in the U20 team, and there would not be any good players left for the NT to use...
If one player is good enough for NT, he will be called for NT even if his age is under 20 ! Why should be called for U20 ? 
Even after some seasons, if a new STAR will be pulled, he'll go straight to NT at the age of 15-16 ! Look at players' CL, it drops to 3/6 at age of 20-21.. At 25-26 they won't get anymore training.. Until we'll reach very high levels on facilities in order to pull players that will have a decent CL until 27-28 years old, young players will always take part in NT team.

As I checked, until now, mostly all the players have CL 3/6 on 21, 22 years old. In other online managers, players get training until 28-30 years old. I just presumed that once u have a high level Sports academy facility, CL will remain higher..something like:
- 15 -19 years old - CL 6/6
- 20 -22 years old - CL 5/6
- 23 -24 years old - CL 4/6
- 24 -25 years old - CL 3/6
- 25 -27 years old - CL 2/6
- 28 .. - CL 1/6 (no more training)

ciukitu, in couple of seasons STARS won't go straight into NT, just as you said, because of experience! So don't tell they'll go straight to NT, as that's not true (at least not in big countries)

Check the market. There are players at age 22 with CL 5/6. Such a player will probably improve until 28-30. And there are players with CL 3/6 at age 22. Such a player will stop to get training or even start to lose skills earlier (probably at age 25-26).
No player with 2/6 or less at the moment.
I don't think aports academy or any other facility has anything to do with generated CL, though medical center with doctors prevents injuries and can indirectly slow CL drop.

your`e right, its said even in guide i think that player don`t lose CL after season but depending on age so that 5/6 can stay for couple seasons (couple player years).
Does anyone remember his OTR from the end of last season ? Someone who hasn't been in CWC or CL last year but participated this year, doesn't have to bother with it

I had 200.57 before season started and it was decreased to 140.40. Now I have 249.30. (without playing in CWC or CL)
