true, but I think we're just not far enough yet (only 3rd season), and therefore U20 and real NT would be of the same strength, where U20 would overwhelm the NT's after a while, because they train way better.

We need to reach a certain amount of seasons I think before we can have our U20's, just because youthpulls at the moment can still end up in our line-ups straight away, and as said, they will outtrain the NT's, the current NT's have perhaps 2-3 seasons to play before they should be caught by them U20's

You forgot about player's experience !
It's hard for a youth to go str8 in NT without any experience ! And, if it is truly a GOOD player, I have no doubt he will be called to NT instead of U20.

I agree... I select new youths for the NT, but they have no chance in playing because of the low experience. So a U20 team for them to play on would be great.

Imagine that a new youth is pulled one week before WC starts. Supposing he is a good one...would u put him in lines 'damaging' in this way your chemistry ? Don't think so !

Adding this feature, I think that, is good for countries where there are not so many users. The game will become more interesting, with more chances to prove to the world that u are a good manager.. Dunno, it's just an opinion ! (and I don't think it's so hard to implement)

Why would you select players who wouldn't play in the team.

For training bonus. 28 players can be nominated for each friendly and 22 actually play the match. 6 players get no chemistry or experience, but they receive training bonus.

that is true, but i think that(at least in the Netherlands NT) a lot of players are close to playing. so i rather choose players who are close to break in the 4th line then to put players on the bench who aren't even close to playing. the extra trainingsbonus is only 0,3 and that for 20 games a season. that is like 5 points extra above a normal player.
