LOL, ask managers with 100+ players what they pay... that's a lot! but they do it! so this is the sign that it's much too cheap to have a lot of players. but all this is just the sign that economics MUST be changed!

Agreed. If people are able to keep 100+ players and still make a profit, then the system is seriously flawed and needs to be looked at.

I know at least one manager paying more than 3 Mio. per day... ok, it's good that he has to pay, but I'm sure it's quite not enough! it should not be able to keep such a lot of players in his team!

So that guy is paying 336M for a season, if he sells 50 players he must earn on them more than 350 in order to make sense. Thts like 7M per player. It's doable thing. But he has to buy them, to spend his money on them + that 336M fee. I wouldn't get in that kind of situation myself, because it would be hard to stay solvent for entire season.

Yes, but in reality it's very hard making very cheap player into 20M one in just one season. Besides that, you have taxes on your sales, so you can sell 15 or so while taxes aren't diminishing your effort.

I'm not telling it's impossible, it's just that you really need hard work on it through many seasons, and you also need to be very high rated in your country as well, so GS and TV could help you out in that quest.
It was just talk about that theme, I still have opinion that significant tax raise should be put on 50+ player rooster, but not on 40-50.

who says about 1 season? teams with long list of players have wide variety of players. for example i buy 15 year old and sold it at 18-19 years. and every season i got players to sell.
and why not on 40-50 players wouldnt put tax? you need just 22 to compete every player over limit should be punished

Because I've calculated expenses of 336M for one season, not for 4 or 5 seasons.
Another question was about number of players. Well you have limit in soccer for 30 players, while you have to put only 11 players on field. In hockey you need twice as much players, but I would be very satisfied with 50 limit, not 60.

NO! Every season players are cheaper and cheaper...You need to spend much to money for salary, taxes and for transfer...And then,when you sell him, you get maybe few millions more...in EXTREMELY RARE cases, you earn good money(over 20M)... I was doing the same thing three season in a row, buying very good 15 years old players and then sellinh them at 17,18 or 19...

I think that I even have lost some money...So, it sounds good in theory, but is very hard to do...I agree with Popeye

I guess the problem ist that ppm has not a good self regulating system built in. economy should regulate itself. so if there is too much money in the system something has to get more expensive and if there is not enough money in system it has to get cheaper. the only regulating thing now seems to be the transfer market. because more and more teams finsished with the facilities they spend more money on market. and if the market is the regulating system then the players price is the regulating system. something is bad with that. I don't know what, but developers must find a way to create a clever system adapted to ppm. and I know from other online manager games: this is not an easy job!!

I did'nt say that it's economical to have so much players! but I just said that there is at least one manager owing so much players and paying so much money!! I also asked me if this not too much?!

I would do that if CL drop pisses me of so much that I start harvesting players from market, and after to pick only best ones. Too bad only richest clubs could do that.
