not really, these players retire unless they are in a national team. if they are in NT then they will go to the market

Look at your formation. You have no presence on the outside.
But my attacks are concentrated o middle !
Chances are his are wide + middle and you got burned hard on the wing. You can attack up the middle, but still need to defend down the wings. Also keep in mind, attacking up the middle requires lots of passing and tech since players are more naturally concentrated there.
which skills are used to determine whether a chance is converted into a goal? I'm tired of creating chances without scoring.
All of the above. Haha. When it comes to scoring... Off, Tech and Shot. Heading if it is in the air. Add speed in there to create a chance etc. etc. etc.
I guess Shooting would be the most important.

If it's like hockey, 50 or more, although as there are more teams in a soccer league, it is probably higher.
