6 is decent. I've seen players getting 9s now. My players range from 4-7. My goalie consistently gets 7s.
I cannot say that your goalkeeper is very good, but comparing with other goalkeepers, he's good.

during a match a player loses 13/14 points of energy no matter if you play high, low or normal.... Shouldnt players lose energy acording to match importance?
Yours has higher OR, but that doesn't make him better. He needs attributes in the right skills.

A midfield winger. His tech is too low to make him a midfield centerman.

His theory states that a player will only use his secondary, tertiary, etc. skill points to a certain degree. If, for instance, the main skill level is 100 and the speed skill is at 80, only 75 of this speed is used if the importance of this speed is 75% of the main skill. The other 5 are wasted. Should his technique be at 80 as well, but with a 65% importance, only 65 out of 80 technique is used.
So, in this case, 100 main skill, 75 speed and 65 technique are used for the calculations in the match and 20 points are wasted over-trained points that are not used in the calculation.
