Please fix the bug with in-game energy so that not subbing players is actually an issue as you claim it is. People have recognized that it's a bug and are using it as a strategy until you fix it. I'm about to join them.

After the 3rd quarter I was winning by just 4, so I shouldn't have played "Slow attacks", "4 out 1 in" and "Cautious", as long as I had set "Leading by..." from "20 to 99" for all those tactics to be applied, thus my team should have used -back- the starting orders...

Only if you had set "Leading By" to at least 4 and for that to reset tactics to your starting tactics.

As far as I see how tactics work, if the score is not meeting the conditions set at the beginning of the corresponding quarter, the starting orders must be back. Otherwise the system is quite meaningless in my eyes... Don't you agree?

May be there must be an official opinion from vlady..for example, if after first quarter tactics was changed, and conditions after 2 quarter, like you write are not meeting...what happens...starting or "after 1-st quarter" tactics was used 3-rd quarter...i think may be "after 1-st quarter", but i'm not sure
That's never how it has worked. If neither leading by or trailing by conditions are met, your last-used tactic set stays. It has been like that in hockey forever. Football isn't really an apt comparison.
like Cory Martin said, it doesn't work that way. If the conditions for change are not met, you continue with the tactics from the previous quarter.
Are they some bugs with energy, teams playing with high and very high so they energy are close to 85, but the strength from they teams are the same?
Another queston some teams playing with 40+ minutes with players and winning regulary event with the similars teams 30+ points difference?

How can I report a suspicious transfer? There are too many of them these days..
Did we by any chance had an engine reset regarding performance and stamina today? Seems to be working much better.
when the transfer is completed, go to that team's list of transfers and there is a report button.
