Who is he? by download I guess you mean upload. what kind of a problem exactly? I need a better description

there is only one wave which comes after the midway point of a quarter. in the last quarter it is after the first minute to allow the sub to play 4 minutes when the starting player has setting to play the last 5 minutes.
