I see, but the engine could be built to randomly substitute the 5 faults player if the manager does not set a substitute.
I just won my friendly league match today playing like this and there is a team on my league that won 70% of the matches playing that way. I will try to collect more data on that anyway.

May be you must give big penalty to players, when they made 5 PF, and there is not selected more players for substitution....for example they will play with 50 % of abilities...
I´m agree with this. But they should play with 1% of abilities if 0 is not posible instead of 50%.

Yes, we could, but for players with <5 PF...other, that have >4, they haven't place in the field...and, when there is no playres for substitutions..then penalty is good option...

It should be possible to adjust tactics during time-outs the same way it's possible to do that between quarters.
But I think I know what the response will be - it would be too complicated for casual users and would create a mess in the game engine ;p

not a bug, but a suggestion - for supporters? to show the last 5 games performances on the player page, rather than just the average for the season so far. however i understand if this has already been considered!

In league standings, there's a column called "GAvg" - it should be named Points Ratio or something like that
OR, a better solution, the column should be changed to total points difference (and named accordingly) like it is in real basketball league standings.
