That is a big NO across the board from what I have been hearing.
To go from 1 to 2 you need staff. So the lowest level facility to draw 2 players would require nearly 100% YT SD efficiency.
On the bright side my lvl 7 SA gave me a 307 OR player tonight. Ooops. Wrong key. 107 OR. My bad.

So when facility is level 9, how good will the staff have to be to pull two?
No idea. I would assume linear. So say level 6 requires 100 and 13 requires 0. That would mean level 9 needs around 75%.
259 OV 3.5*. Nice build so far - Except goaltending all attributes at least 30.
122 OR. A 200+ player is yet to show up this season. So frustrating with lvl 8 SA. lvl 9 is coming soon, might be better...
