242 3* guy this week, Long term probably not going to be a huge difference maker, but shores up my line-up
279 OR 4 star everything, bout time the best SA in the league pays me some dividends!
My top players was ranked 141st two days ago. He's now 144th so I'm guessing there were three pulls this week of guys 230+ (Jevons + Dorr + ?)
My guy is now 150th in Canada so some guys must be making their pulls a few days late or grabbing guys off the market
Stop complaining! The best player I have who will be with the team beyond another season or two is 220+ ranked in the country... and he is the 7th most expensive player in the country 
I'm just trying to figure out how many solid players enter the system every week. Looks like there was only 9 guys pulled this past week who were better than 230. Canada has 139 handball teams which means only 1 team in 15 get a solid player every week. Most likely they are being distributed to the teams with better staff and SA's. Basically it's pretty normal that we haven't pulled a stud yet but we should get one about every 4 months (15 weeks of pulls).
Some teams get a bit more luck than others though. Check my team; all home-grown talent except 2 goalies I was forced into buying, and i have the 2 best players in Great Britain as well as a lot of other tasty individuals.
Then look at Leicester, also in my league, who has had the same level SA since game start, and his pulls in comparison to me are quite a bit worse.

Just to add, his best player was only pulled this weekend and is 262 overall. My pull was only 10 skills less and becomes my 3rd best player
