His shooting is a bit low but that's not abysmal for a center. I guess it depends on his starting stats? What's his defense attribute like?

Nolan Lizotte is an 18yo Winger with a decent OR, 87% avgQ. His distribution is a bit odd but he has a high Def which means he could be PK specialist (and if someone good picks him up and fixes his attribute distribution a bit, he'll prolly be on the U20 next season) so I'd highly suggest calling him up

Dave Driver is a good C prospect, good OR for his age, 79%. Bit meh on the shooting, but that's most of our Cs, and he has some potential to have a slightly higher defense and be a PK specialist, too.

are also decent OR for their age, and respectively 82, 85, 79% average quality. Lebrun especially, has potential as a PP/offensive defenseman. I think if the U18 has the roster space, we should consider saving those guys. Millw00d's last login was on the 15th. The grace period is 21 days, so I would suggest on thursday if he hasn't logged in to consider picking those guys up so they have a chance.

Why are all the high quality prospects in other teams that go inactive? D:

I added the 2 first players menntionned by krokador. We are now at 43 players and ideally would keep spots open for this kind of reasons. I will add those 3 players on tuesday if he does not log in.

Daaaang! Too bad he's a 5/6 though

Best pull I've had "recently" was Davison and his 85% average quality. He is 20. The other guys have all been in the mid-high 70s. It makes me so sad to see all those high quality guys in teams that can't train them (there's one particular team in II.something with like, 4 of them over 88. HOW DID THAT HAPPEN?!), when I'm like "yes! I WILL train them. All!"

So I spend millions on the market trying to save players xD

I don't get it. I've had SA 15 and 200 OR staff for over 7 seasons now. Where are MY superstars? (And let's not talk about the draft, either I mean, Davison was a draftee, so that makes my last 80+% pull Brian Cartier, who is now 22)

I ended up adding them to the team... Tuesday I will be back at work and I might forget... was easier to do it today.

As far as the team goes, I've been playing the youngsters the previous two weeks. This week I will be back with the A squad along with some youngsters on the bench for the training bonus.

We have been playing games with high intensity in order to develop chem and tactics faster.

So it happened. All of the players we saved are on the market. Let's make sure they get to a good home

So it was a crazy time when all those Sasquatch players bidding deadline came. Most players got taken for over 50M. Two guys garnered 100M+. There was one or two sweet discounts for lucky new owners. Some stayed in Canada while others are now gonna be playing overseas. Overall, I feel like all/most players went to good homes in order to develop, which is what we wanted most.

In terms of the U18s, here is a small update:

At this point, I am playing our main roster. I am playing games with high intensity to develop chemistry faster. I have not been trying to match up lines with our oponents as I care more about getting our efficiency high on some tactics than winning the friendly games. We also played U20s teams quite often lately, which obviously will always result in more losses than wins. At this point it is not easy to compare our team's strenght to other U18 NTs based on results, but that is what the World Championship at the end of the season is for.

What is painfully obvious is that we lack depth at defense and center. Our wingers are quite good. Our goalkeepers are ok, but not great.

On the up-side, we have solid 17yo centers and goaltenders which is promising for next season's U18 team.

I will continue building this team with a dual mindset of competing now with our best team and developing the best players for next season.
