Prediction: This Aussie season will be the closest season in the history of the Aussie league. This time Next week we could have up to 8 teams separated by a couple of points or even tied at the top!

Over the next week, TrueBlue & Prestige should put Highland Terriers and FC Atlantic back in the pack. Colas, Beta & Knights play each other in 3 consecutive matches - taking each other out! Tylko could find himself doing a "Steve Bradbury" and out in front this time next week!!!

So looking forward to this season playing out, it's going to be an epic season.

Waramoo, Bar reef & FC kangaroo, although outside the top 8 will cause a few upsets too....

This is by far the best season we've had at this stage, and i think you're right, it's only going to get tighter and more exciting as the season goes on.

Too early to call the top 3 at season end you think?

For the 6th season in a row, I've been knocked out of the National League in the quarter-finals and wishing now I hadn't forgotten to change my tactics after Thursday's league match. Well done Colah - I could have been up 1-0 after half-time if hadn't fluffed the PK, despite my forward getting a red card earlier, but went down 3-0

Looking back at my history I've never lost to TrueBlue in the National Cup!! ... there has certainly been some regulars who have knocked me out of the National Cup... least it wasn't Beta for a change!

You had a lot of bad luck, having a player sent off and missing that penalty which would have put you 2-0 up.

Everyone has bad days. I got smashed by Beta's earlier in the week

it is definitely the best season while competition gets very tough

have been traveling.. played mostly home team to get some chemistry while away just on L, saw the match, BF u really moved up the ladder it looks like it will be hard to beat ya again

Yes, although they're in the tough part of the draw at the moment with us, Knights and Terriers all coming up in the next week or so.

Tylko are in an even worse spot since they still have to play Beta's too.
