About time a League 1.1 recap of sorts:

Well done to TrueBlue winning yet another National Cup after a close 1-0 win over Colah in the final.

Looks like with TrueBlue/Prestige/Beta are very likely to take out the Top 3... and qualify for Championship League. So it will likely be Knights/Colah/FC Atlantic in the Cup Winners Cup next season.

Very happy to have a major rivalry on my hands with FC Atlantic & FC Kangaroo the main Highland Terrier's rivals... It's game on tonight Highland Terrier vs FC Atlantic also!

Colah has been interesting this season after a slow start but expect them to consolidate 4th spot - he has the team!

Definitely seen improvement with the other 10 or so teams in the league as we get into the "low energy" end of the season - I expect a few upsets on the run home! Only 3 manager-less teams at this stage is a very good sign for future seasons & success.

Going out there - My prediction is TrueBlue winning the league by 1 point... with Beta getting beat in an upset at some stage and TrueBlue winning in the Beta match to make up 6 points. Hope I am wrong, but history says TrueBlue fires up for a challenge.

Having finished 6th in the last 3 seasons, I'm predicting I'll finishing 6th this season - been a lot of energy thrown into National Cup, Cup Winner's & League matches... I'm scraping through some matches recently!

9th-13th place looks pretty volatile with a lot of movement there so good luck in the 2nd half of the season!

PS: I see World of Warcraft has a new expansion out today... off to do some online gaming again!

True, history does tend to show a pattern there. But believe me when i say that i am very happy to see i have to fight for that spot. I am loving the competition

My money's on Beta's. I reckon anyone who gets a whiff of taking a title off Trueblue lifts their game as well plus he plays TB at home so there's a real chance that game will be a draw or a win. TB's advantage at this end of the season is, as always, he'll have used less energy than everyone else so far so tends to get fewer upsets against him. It'll be an interesting contest.

True. And I do have a few hundred million in cash i could splash out on upgrades. LOL.

The chance is definitely there, it is more fun when more teams are fighting to win right till the end!

I hate the draft. I did lots of scouting but missed it by half an hour because of other things happening in my life and got nothing. Last time around, I forgot it was on but just happened to log in as it was about to start and ended up getting a really good player.
