hey guys, just thought i would give you a heads up. Basically im considering whether to continue playing at the moment, mostly due to cost of three sports and so Ive let all my pro packs run out at this stage as i cant afford all of them.

Without the propack the player practice part of the game is just infuriating having to constantly change their practice. This is meaning my players are now getting further from their ratios with each day.

So unless PPM provide some way either to play all the sports for cheaper or a way to have the automatic practice turned on for free i will probably only be keeping handball as its giving me the most challenge at the moment.

I understand your situation mate, i'm not sure how long i'll be continuing to pay propack for all sports either. PPM are going to lose a lot of people due to this I think.

I did a few calculations and to have pro-pack in 3 sports costs about $10 AUD per month.

Is that based on quarterly purchases, or longer-term (ie. larger purchases)?

123/y if doing the biggest purchase of credits or 130/y for the second largest which you need to buy 3 of once you average it out.

Im happy to spend about $50 a year on the game which is about what i would spend on a normal pc game series per year as i dont buy them as soon as they come out or i only buy every second one.

More than that seems overly excessive for something that is text based, and where the three sports so far are very very similar.

Agreed. They're all the same game engine, with a different GUI pretty much.

I thought so. Problem is, very few people would be able to pay that kind of fee up front. I'd be surprised if more than 10% of all pro pack users would pay that.

So if $10 a month for all 3 sports, that's $120 for an entire years pro for all 3 sports... that doesn't seem right.

I agree with you it is a lot for what you get... Should at least be do two sports get the third one free. Or be a pro pack for one year, get one year free... Something to rewards the stayers!

yeah, this is exactly line up with my thoughts...
.. as they may come up with another sport and then it would be even more expensive.. same engine, more money, and not many players would be willing to pay far upfront, completely agree, unless they change that, instead of increase they may loose money.. surely, they may figure out when too late.. Even ppl like me considering playing it and invest some money into their development to support them as appreciation to show that I like the game...
And especially for the ones that stayed for long long time should be a friendly price..
