This. It's fairly easy to go up the ladder without considerations to finances and facilities. Some can't deal with it. Don't know if it's the reason here though.
yah, you sort of run out of things to do after awhile. Wait until facilities and stuff are maxed out...
It does take quite some time for things to build. That leads to cruise mode and if you're not a fan of long-duration-oriented goals it makes it harder. I for one are all about the long run. Shame my soccer team can turn it on financially like my hockey team did
