he's not back on the market. No one can bid on him, he accepted your teams offer, it just takes a week to go through, incase someone wants to take time to consider whether to match an offer or not.
otto is locked up long term. I think he'll retire a Ranger (poor bastard). 
He stays on your team. The clock is the time you have to match the offer he received. Because he didn't receive any you don't have to match anything.
We've reached the half way mark of the season. How does everyone feel about their teams?
I'm torn. Do I make a NC run or hold out to ensure promotion. Sorry for hijacking your league thread but mine is kinda dead.

Currently worried I will end up relegated. Wondering if i should play high energy to get out of the bottom four, though then i will be in trouble trying to win the relegation game haha.
I'm feeling ok about this season so far, however, the Biznows are starting to show their age a bit. Training is slowing down on some of my higher end players, and I have a pretty good sized gap between my starters and my prospects.

I'm quite happy so far. It looks like I can play and stay in II.1. I was really afraid at first. I play .500 ball and it should continue that way. I wish though.
Instead of investing massively in players to keep my spot, I can continue to spend money on infras and seats. Too late to build more stands right now, but I'm stockpiling cash for the start of season 13. Tons of money, no debt, decent team, middle-aged players, every thing is fine here ! Can't wait for the playoff to start !

Indeed, I expected to struggle to make the playoffs and instead find myself at the top of the league. Don't expect to to stay there long but playoffs appear likely.
my all canadiens project is killing me, I'm on a survival mode but i think i will buy a new goalie and maybe 2 others players to help me.
