Yup. I had one of those not too long ago as well. The PPM Random factor. Part of the game, I suppose.

Happens to me every other game. Somehow the 18th place team in the league managed 3 goals against me, and I only won because my team cranked up the importance and managed 3 goals on 16 shots in the third.
I'd like to think that the Stoney Creek Saints are a little better than an 18th team. That being said, I was equally surprised at the result today, but I will take it.

Somehow survived my training camp in league play and Natl Cup play.
With so many games of 'anything can happen' do I waste energy trying for the Natl Cup with the guys I'll need in the league playoffs?

Yup. No surprises so far. Monkeys and Saints in the semis. Should be an epic series.

I'm really looking forward to it. No offense to Red Raiders or my old II.3 opponents, but I haven't had a decently matched opponent in the playoffs for ages...
